Template Freak has a library of around 500 templates. Templates are arranged by category and are reasonably priced in the $15-$50 range mostly. They also offer the option to "buy unique" which prevents the template from being purchased further and costs a significant amount more. Templates come in a variety of forms, HTML, PSD, Illustrator, Corel, Flash, etc. Whichever form it is clearly marked but double check to make sure you're getting what you want. Currently the only payment option is through paypal. First you must create an account and confirm your email address, which they say can take 24 hours though it only took a few minutes for me. Then, after purchasing, they say it can take up to 72 hours to receive your template, which is slow by anyone's standards. Template Freak also offers a selection of mascots, icons, vb skins, fonts, logos, flash intros, and a customization service.
